CITY/SUBJECT

Whether the poster is about a named city or a broader subject — a city drags in its own skyline, a subject leaves you to supply the scenery

ICONIC LANDMARK

The one structure that makes the place recognizable at a glance — the layered paper composition is anchored on its silhouette

SUBJECT

What the pastel cut-paper treatment is applied to — repeat the place here so the style section and the composition section describe one scene

MAIN SUBJECT

What sits dead center of the wide layout — usually the landmark again, but naming it here is what pins it to the middle of the frame
